Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Curvla Team ("Curvla", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Curvla mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Curvla turns your photos into refined, high-end visuals. Upload an image, set the mood, and get new artwork that keeps your composition while shifting style and atmosphere.

Age Requirement (17+)

The Service is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17.

Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, username, email address.
  • Support information: content you send to customer support.
  • User content: photos/images and any text prompts you submit for generation (if you choose to upload).

B. Automatically Collected

  • Device information: device model, OS version, language, app version, and network information.
  • Usage data: feature usage, interactions, timestamps, performance metrics.
  • Crash logs and diagnostics: crash reports and error logs.
  • Location (only if you allow it): approximate or precise location based on your settings.

C. Cookies and Similar Technologies

If parts of the Service are accessed through a web view or website, we may use cookies (and similar technologies such as web beacons) to enable login, remember preferences, and understand basic usage.

AI / Image Processing and Deletion (User-Controlled)

Curvla may process the images and text you submit to generate new artwork. Important details:

  • Processing location: Uploads are processed on servers operated by Curvla Team.
  • No third-party sharing for generation: We do not share your uploaded images or text prompts with any third party.
  • No training / marketing use: Uploads are not used to train models or for advertising.
  • No face recognition / biometrics: We do not perform face recognition or derive biometric identifiers.
  • Deletion after processing: Uploaded images and prompts are deleted immediately after processing completes (or if it fails), except as needed for short-term retry within the same request.
  • Your choice: You control whether to upload content and generate results.

Generated results are, by default, stored locally on your device.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service (accounts, login, generation requests).
  • Personalize your experience and remember preferences.
  • Improve features, reliability, and performance.
  • Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
  • Customer support and responses to requests.
  • Legal compliance and enforcement.

We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Information

  • With your consent, when you authorize sharing.
  • With service providers (processors), under contract and only for our instructions.
  • For legal reasons, to comply with law or valid requests.
  • To protect rights and safety, to prevent wrongdoing or protect users/public.

Your uploaded images and text prompts used for generation are not shared with third parties and are deleted after processing.

International Data Transfers

We may transfer information to countries other than where you live. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

Security

  • Encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate.
  • Access controls and least-privilege permissions.
  • Regular security reviews/audits and monitoring.
  • Backups and recovery procedures.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

  • Account data: for the duration your account is active.
  • Account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless required by law.
  • Usage/analytics: up to 12 months (may be aggregated/anonymized).
  • Support records: up to 6 months.
  • Uploads for generation: deleted immediately after processing completes (or fails).

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information; withdraw consent; and object to certain processing, where applicable.

To exercise rights, email us. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

You can enable or disable location access at any time in your device settings.

Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure providers and tools (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting). These providers act as processors on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above and, where required, provide additional notice.
